Lube out your Stress!!!

Dawn to Dusk - Are you laughing or are you stressed? If stress has been your all-time favorite then it's time for you to take an advice "When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot, hang on and swing!" Now let go the stress, come on, get creative and stay Healthy and Operative.
Laughter, the best medicine! Anything can be said on Laughter by definition but the core thing that can't be denied is, "Laughter is good for any business".
When you get in for work, smile at your teammate and say 'Hi, Good Morning', you feel the familiarity. When the smile spreads to the eyes as a grin you feel the comfort. When that smile bursts out into laughter on cutting a joke, then you feel the difference… The rest of the day may have more fun and joy in store for you.
"Instead of working for the survival of the fittest, we should be working for the survival of the wittiest, then we can all die laughing."
What is this thing called Humor? Do you think that a sense of humor is just a bunch of jokes? No I don't think so. Its deeper than laughter, more satisfying than comedy and delivers more rewards than merely being entertaining, I believe. A sense of humor sees the fun in everyday experiences. Do you believe it that way?
But how to own a Sense of Humor? Senses of humor come in different sizes, shapes and textures that work for some and not for others. Some play a straight role, feeding lines to others, appearing funny. Some use phrases to bring smiles to other's faces. And some just play with their natural sense of humor. Check this sample, "Does Karaoke require a big talent, apart from some basic singing capability?" "Nopes. Karaoke requires the following: 1. A good Karaoke system 2. Good voice 3. If one or both the above are bad...then some Cotton for the audience..."
However it is, just lighten up on your own when things get tough, that's a sign of good health. Make others get lightened at their hard time. Isn't it something winning a wealth for you?
You Aren't Your Job. When it comes to work, you are not your job, take yourself lightly and the job seriously. Your perspective is the only thing you have any control of. When you can accumulate things that stress you, will it not be easier to accumulate fun things in the same place?
Draw the line before you go home from work, which breaks you from taking the stress. Do something that says you are not at work. Now go out and play, hug and kiss your family without bringing your aggravations home for dinner! You might even have fewer aggravations waiting for you the next day! But you'll be ready to face it the coming day.
Hey, this one works! Laughter reduces tension and stress. It releases endorphins, relaxes muscles, improves thinking and facilitates forward action. Exercising your sense of humor helps get the job done. Remember somebody saying, "Just a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down?" Research has demonstrated that where people have fun, productivity and performance increase. Groups that have fun are more comfortable with each other and are better able to solve problems when they arise.
"Fun is not a reward, it's the lubricant that gets things done easily and effectively".
Being funny? Not my style! Even if you don't find yourself funny, you can make out in other ways. Find cartoons that make you smile and share them. Write down jokes, feel them and tell them to make others feel them. Look for the humor in tough situations. This isn't ridiculing others or making fun of them. It's just looking for something in it that lightens the load.
And most of all just try to engrave your mind with those funniest incidents. There should be no place for grievances or sorrows. No more will you spend hours together hearing those songs that bring out your sadness. Just try opening your ears to lively and fun-filled music; then you will feel the difference.
And here you are ready! For the next week or so, keep track of how often you're moved to laughter in your life - work, home, just out and about. Pay attention to how you feel afterwards. Note the times you may "laugh so hard you cry", how many times your sides might hurt because you laughed so hard. How many times you've made someone else laugh, created "a smile that burst" in them.
Look at your closest relationships and measure their health by the laughter present. Wherever you find less than you want, take responsibility and interject a sense of humor, fun and laughter.
The world truly does love to laugh! Add your two cents and enjoy!
